Can I be completely honest with you guys and maybe let my professional hat come off a bit? ( I promise to put it back on.)
Here goes >>>>>>>>>
Every day, at least a few times a day, I get asked, "This all you got?" "Do you have any more cars?" "Is your website correct because it only shows 3 cars?" ETC.
I always answer the same way. "We have a high turn around. Our cars sell really fast so it's hard for us to keep inventory." While this is CERTAINLY TRUE, there's more to the story.

So, yesterday I was completely blunt with a guy on the phone who asked the same question. After having the same answer FOR YEARS, I decided to change it.

Here's my answer; "BECAUSE NOBODY LET'S US!!!"

Recently, we received a message saying we were "too technical." What they meant by that was we stopped allowing people to blame us for their personal lives. While we try to listen with compassion, at the end of the day, we will continue to set those boundaries. We are a car dealership and our job is to sell you a car at a decent price when nobody else will approve you. That's it. Your Saturday nights are yours to live however you please. Please do not bring your Saturday night to us on Monday morning :)
