Got to deliver my first NEW Sienna to this very grateful customer! With Sienna inventory being mainly deposit only and 1-3 month wait , this was a fun change of pace sale.

He wrote me a hand written thank you note weeks in advance to the delivery! I always appreciate a truly grateful customer who goes out of their way to make your day. We don’t see it very often in this business!

Another successful find for a particular vehicle!

This customer wanted nothing but a white and black Camry with red leather interior and a sunroof! We were the only one within 3 hours of them and they couldn’t have been happier to make the drive for the car she wanted!

This father called in asking about the availability of our Lunar Rock Tacoma. It had JUST got traded in but I personally detailed the truck myself and had it expedited to first on the list for our service and inspection process.
