With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive service industry, Sean Heisler brings a powerful combination of technical knowledge, business management expertise, and proven operational leadership to the automotive industry.
Born and raised just outside New Orleans, Louisiana, Sean maintains a strong connection to his community and believes in delivering dependable automotive service built on honesty, integrity, and trust.
While pursuing his business management education at the University of New Orleans, Sean gained hands-on experience managing independent automotive repair shops. His dedication to operational excellence and customer satisfaction helped him become one of Louisiana’s top-performing store managers, earning recognition among the top five performers in his organization. He also earned two ASE certifications before advancing into multi-location leadership, overseeing sales and operations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.
Sean believes automotive service should be about more than fixing vehicles. It should be about educating customers, providing transparent recommendations, and helping people make confident decisions about their vehicles. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, professionalism, quality workmanship, and building relationships that last.
