We know you may have a lot of questions about your repair process, and we are here to help. These are some frequent questions that we get each day and wanted to share with you all.

Q: Do you need to see my car in person to provide an estimate?
A: While we can often give a general idea based on photos, an in-person inspection allows us to provide the most accurate estimate. Seeing the vehicle up close helps us assess the full scope of the damage, confirm repair needs, and ensure there are no hidden issues. For the most precise quote, we always recommend bringing your car in and always keep in mind these estimates are all preliminary. Sometimes there are hidden items we can't see until we take your car apart.

Q: If I’m the insured and know I will owe my deductible, when will that be collected?
A: Your deductible is collected when the repairs are complete and your vehicle is ready for pickup. We’ll review the final invoice with you, apply any insurance payments, and then collect the deductible balance at that time. There’s nothing you need to pay upfront unless otherwise noted.

Q: What should I do if the insurance company sends the payment directly to me?
A: If your insurance company issues payment directly to you, simply bring or forward those funds to us. This allows us to apply the payment toward your current repairs and final invoice. If you have any questions about the check or how it’s written, our team is happy to guide you through the process.

Q: Do I need to do anything while my car is at the shop?
A: Absolutely not.....once you drop it off we take it from there with any correspondence with the insurance company.
