Growth isn't easy ..
I've expanded 4 times and on my 5th now.
It's stressful.
It requires tunnel vision, and anything outside of the tunnel can trigger a stressful reaction.
Growth requires humility, time, investment, and focus.
Self calming isn't easy when you are 1000 mph and trying to make sure you are making the right decisions, while not leaving stones unturned is hard , it consumes all your attention and focus.
Growth is scary as hell but it is necessary for future progression. The last thing they need is unnecessary friction added to an already grinding gear.
Being here again I just want to say if your people are in this stage be supportive, definitely voice your opinion on any flaw your see but understand how sensitive they will be to it. Their shoulders are breaking, spine being crushed.
But it's for a push they are making, the sacrifice it takes to move forward.
Support helps people battling their own mind, keep it optimistic.
Sometimes the person who's everyone's rock needs a rock.
