This slows the tuning process...bike started to make ticking noises from the front push rods. AFRoTune checked pushrod adjustment, it was good. Pulled the cam & lifters out, the hardening was starting to fail. The bike had a SE-511 cam that was not making any power. We'll replace it with a CR480MT & start tuning tomorrow.

We got a call this morning from a long time customer, we did a big job for him before he moves to his retirement home on the East Coast, he wanted us to know how much he loves what we did, exceeded his expectations!

I also "Overheard" a customer talking to a team member about my "Charming Disposition" (Sarcasm..), "what's it like working with this guy???"

I'll be honest, I don't walk in the doors wondering how I can be your buddy, that's not my motivation. I take pride in my work ethic, how can we perfect our product, advance our knowledge, push the envelope! How can we EXCEED your expectations.

Every single person that walks in our doors, is an opportunity for us to put a smile on a face. There is nothing more gratifying to me, than to get that call on a Saturday morning. We genuinely care about our clients, this is a business of passion and love, it damn sure isn't for the money....

So if you think I'm a jerk, I'm not. I'm probably calculating numbers in my head, trying to figure out how to fix a problem, or possible thinking about that boat of ours that doesn't get enough time, because we have Amazing customers that keep us rolling.
