Well finally got the 67 on the dyno for a tune. The 540 did well!!

Well one thing is for sure the 103 degree heat is a good time to shake down the AC systems in these old cars. The 74 SD Formula was cooling good and then it wasn't 😃. The conversion from R12 to 134A finally decided to build too much head pressure and bye bye clutch. In goes a new original looking compressor and clutch with a new VIR assembly. The original will go in a box and be saved on this all original car.

Well added this 1971 C10 that is a ground up build. She is packing a LSA (Supercharged LS) with a 6L90E transmission. Did a shake down on the 300 mile build and made some adjustments and sent it over to Cory for a Dyno tune. It is a GM crate motor set up that has some really nice internal adds and head work. She put 486HP to the wheels on first pull and after Cory had completed the tune it now does 594HP to the rear wheels which is not too bad. Should be making around 750 at the crank. Absolutely
loves fuel! LOL.

Well it has been a little quiet following the exit of the two Mustangs. Focused on going through the collection and just driving them and doing service. Trying to decide if I want to sell a couple of GTO's this year as we are out of room again. Did add a really nice 71 C-10 custom build and I will do a post on it next. This heat is not my friend LOL!

The 54 is moving along. She got the Epoxy primer is done so now the sanding and many coats of primer and sanding.

Well the two Mustangs are gone down the road. We are Fordless again. Thinning the herd a little.

Well the 54 Chevy 5 window is getting its make over. This will be a fun one. She has a Corvette Corrections Chassis and LS power so needs and interior and exterior to equal its bones!

Old Buford graduated from the lift to the shop floor. He had his shake down drive yesterday between showers and did well. Made a couple adjustments to transmission kick down and holding gears so will do a video as soon as it is dry.
