Well, Southern Utah… you really outdid yourself tonight. 🌈✨

After the rain rolled through, Mother Nature decided to leave us a little reminder that **there's always something beautiful waiting on the other side of a storm.** ❤️

And WOW, did she deliver!

The skies cleared, the colors came out, and Gateway got a front-row seat to one seriously epic rainbow. 🌦️🌄

It's moments like these that remind us why we love calling Southern Utah home. A little rain, a whole lot of beauty, and some pretty incredible views right outside our doors.

The ghosts are moving in, the pumpkins are making themselves comfortable, and Gateway is getting a little spooky! 💀🍂

Consider this your warning… once you walk through these doors, **you’re hooked.** 😎🌄

Maybe it’s the warm Gateway welcome. Maybe it’s the pool and hot tub calling your name. Maybe it’s the pickleball, peaceful evenings, spacious RV sites, cozy Casitas, or those Southern Utah views.
