C. Volden Trucking and La Farge Truck Center are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in La Farge, WI.
This position plays a critical role in keeping our businesses organized, accurate, and running smoothly. The successful candidate will assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll preparation, compliance tracking, record keeping, and day-to-day office administration.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in La Farge, Wisconsin. Remote or hybrid work is NOT available.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping information accurate, organized, and up to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Entering bills, deposits, and financial transactions, Reconciling bank and credit card accounts, Preparing customer invoices, Assisting with payroll preparation, Maintaining employee and compliance records, Tracking deadlines and follow-up items, Organizing electronic and paper files, Preparing reports and supporting documentation, General office administration
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Ability to work independently and follow established procedures, Strong communication and follow-through skills
Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or office administration is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Issues are identified and communicated promptly
Administrative processes run smoothly and consistently
COMPENSATION
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
