What role does the windshield play to ensure safety in an accident?

The windshield provides a significant amount of strength to the structural support in the cabin of the vehicle. The windshield provides up to 45% of the structural integrity of the cabin in a front end collision and up to 60% in a rollover.

A1 Glass has moved! Our new location is 1236 Clinton Street. We are at the corner of Clinton Street and George Street, next to Go Riteway and The Boys and Girls Club.

We remain open during these unprecedented times. Our COVID-19 hours are M-F from 8-12. We do still answer phone calls until 5:00 on those days.

We have taken all the required precautions to keep everyone safe!
