To all of my customers over the past nine years we want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. It has been an absolute pleasure assisting you all with service and repair of your vehicles! With that being said we are going to have some changes at the shop. After much discussion and thinking I have decided to take on a new career that has always interested me.
I am the new Monroe Career & Technical Institute Automotive Technology Instructor. I will be teaching enrolled high school students the entry level skills and knowledge needed to start in this career path. Teaching was a career path I wanted to pursue while in high school (but for music education) but last minute decided to turn my attention on to automotive repair (a hobby and passion of mine at the time). I’m overjoyed that life has circled back and given me the opportunity to teach young minds all that I’ve learned in my 20 years of working on cars.
I want to express to our current customers that I am not fully shutting down. I will be doing repair work some evenings and on weekends. I do not want to leave our customers high and dry after they’ve been so good to us. We will no longer be taking on larger jobs or any frame/rust repair. Our schedule moving forward will be completely appointment only. Please call the shop and leave a message and I will call you back to schedule accordingly. I am working on some other options to streamline scheduling I hope to implement in the future.
Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. I look forward to continuing servicing and repairing your cars, just in a different format.
