To ensure we can stand behind our repairs and provide a warranty on our work, we do not install customer-supplied parts. We use trusted suppliers and quality components that allow us to verify fitment, maintain repair standards, and support our customers if a part fails.

Like any business, part of our revenue comes from the parts we sell. The markup on parts helps cover the costs of sourcing, warranty administration, inventory management, training, equipment, and the many overhead expenses required to operate a professional repair facility. This allows us to continue investing in our team, tools, and the level of service our customers expect.

At Gathagan Automotive, we want to take a moment to speak directly to our customers about something everyone has been feeling lately — the rising cost of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Over the past year, we’ve seen significant increases in the cost of automotive fluids, parts, and supplies. Everything from engine oil and transmission fluid to coolant, brake components, and even shop materials has gone up in price. Unfortunately, these increases are industry-wide and outside of our control.

We know this puts pressure on families and businesses trying to keep their vehicles on the road, and we feel that same pressure on our end as well.

Through all of this, our priority remains the same — providing honest, high-quality repairs at fair prices. In fact, we’ve made a deliberate decision to do everything we can to avoid raising our labor rates this year, in an effort to help our customers get through this challenging time without additional burden.

We truly appreciate the trust this community continues to place in us. Every vehicle that comes through our shop represents a person, a family, or a business that depends on it — and we don’t take that lightly.

Thank you for supporting local, and for allowing us to continue serving Kuna and the surrounding area. We’re in this together, and we’ll keep doing our part to keep you safely on the road.
