Had a 2007 Lariat Ford F-150 come in for a power steering pump replacement and a starter issue that ended up being a bit more after further diag. His flywheel was eaten up and making the truck take a lot of cranks to start.

While we had the transmission out we did a full transmission and drop his transmission pan, installed a new filter, cleaned it up nice, and topped it off with a new gasket! Next post shows before and after videos of the truck having a rough start and that issue being resolved.

Lastly we replaced his power steering pump, added all new hoses, and cleaned up and power steering fluid build up along his steering column and oil filter catch plate!

We received a call on a box truck with transmission shifting issues. When we evaluated the truck, we noticed the transmission output shaft seal was destroyed and the truck had leaked transmission fluid. The output shaft bearing behind the seal was the main problem. We got the transmission off, replaced all the parts needed, replaced the drive shaft carrier bearing and sent the client on his way.

More progress on the Bus today! Almost time to yank out the big block, so excited to crack open those valve covers and take a look at the engines guts 🤘🏼

Almost time to pull the big block Chevy engine out and get to the intricate work that happens inside of an engine! 🤓
Pulled out the all the belts and pulleys first, along with the power steering pump, alternator, and throttle body, water pump/fan next, and last the compressor!
