Security deposit required and first month rent. This is located in Knoxville PA. Pets maybe considered for an additional deposit and monthly fee.

These units are new (2011), custom built, Park Model RV’s with 400 sq ft of living space including a covered porch. Price includes electric, municipal water/sewer, basic cable TV, WiFi, garbage, lawn maintenance and driveway snow removal. They are set up with a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a full size pull out sofa. Maximum sleeping capacity is 4 people. They feature a large bathroom with a 32″ shower, closet space, electric heat, air conditioning, and a kitchenette stocked with basic cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Price includes departure cleaning service.

Lots have 50 amp electric (adapter needed for 30 amp) and also include municipal water/sewer, WiFi, garbage collection, lawn mowing, and driveway snow removal. Lots will be available year round.
