I’d like to thank everyone that came out and supported the 2nd annual Firecracker Shootout. I know Mother Nature rolled in Friday night and cut the night short and had to finish the rest Saturday which pushed the start time back for the non-wing show which ended around 2:30am, but everybody was scared of the weather and we told everyone we would get it in this weekend no matter what. So thank you everyone for sticking it out and getting this show in.

Thanks to Chad and Rick with ViolaBoyz for helping us put this show together and holding the event, kicking down extra money, the trophies, fireworks, etc. and the whole ViolaBoyz crew for everything they do!

Daxx Housley, our 250 driver went for a wild ride Saturday night in the non-wing heat race while leading. He was all good. We got the car fixed up and he didn’t skip a beat in the main, drove it up to 2nd after starting 5th, till clipping a tire or disc and knocking the front end out causing him to spin while running 2nd looking for the lead! Not bad for the first time in a 250 non-wing…… glad he was able to get back in it after a violent flip like nothing even happened. 💪🏻💪🏻
