Glass shows everything. 🚘

Fingerprints. Dust. Overspray. The tiny stuff that suddenly looks huge when the sun hits it on Knightdale Boulevard.

After body repairs, the final look matters. Windows, trim, doors, panel edges, and the small details all get attention before pickup.

Clean glass is a small thing. Small things have a way of changing how the whole repair feels.

Somebody has to scrub the bumper. 🧽

This is one of those shop moments customers rarely picture. Dust, sanding residue, road grime, and shop mess all need to come off before the next step makes sense.

Around here, a part can go from damaged to repaired to washed to ready for the next set of hands.

It’s not glamorous. It’s a bumper covered in soap. And it’s part of the job.

If a panel is wavy, rushed, or still rough in the wrong place, the finish will find it. Paint has a way of making shortcuts very public.

This is why prep gets so much attention here.
