Another one down. Gotta get it Shiny after doing a re-do to CrossFit Open Workout 20.1 this morning beating my Friday’s attempt of 128 reps this morning at 6am with 135 reps. Google the workout. It was brutal doing it RX with a 95-lb Barbell and Burpees. Detailing after a workout like that helps my muscles recover better. WaX On WaX Off Bryan - Son!! 🤙🏽
