The Position:
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Front Counter Specialist to be the face of our shop. You will act as the crucial bridge between our customers and our mechanics, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and welcoming repair experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet & Assist: Welcome customers in person and over the phone, assessing their auto repair and tire needs.
• Estimate & Sell: Create clear, accurate repair estimates and effectively explain recommended services to customers without any high-pressure sales tactics.
• Coordinate Workflow: Communicate job details (Condition, Cause, and Correction) to our technicians and manage the daily shop schedule.
• Handle Paperwork: Process invoices, order necessary parts, and handle customer payments

What You Need:
• Previous experience in automotive customer service is highly preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of automotive parts, tires, and general repair processes.
• Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Even Olympians need a little help.
We were honored to get the Olympic Rings back on the road after a little tire trouble on Route 80 this week. They're now back on the road and headed home to LA.
