🚨 RV OWNERS — WHEN’S THE LAST TIME YOU LOOKED AT YOUR ROOF? 🚨
Take a look at this 👀 — cracked, dried-out, separating sealant with actual GAPS forming around the roof fixtures. This is exactly how water gets in, and by the time you see a stain on your ceiling, the damage underneath is already done. We’re talking rotted decking, ruined insulation, and repair bills that can run into the thousands.
Here’s the truth most folks don’t realize: RV roof sealant should be inspected every 6 months minimum. But here in Florida? With our brutal sun, heat, humidity, and afternoon downpours, I recommend checking it every 3 months. Our climate eats sealant alive.
The good news — catching it early is cheap and easy. Letting it go is what gets expensive.
Don’t wait for a leak to tell you there’s a problem. 📞 Call or message us today for pricing on a roof inspection and reseal — your RV (and your wallet) will thank you!

🚨 RV Owners: When was the last time you checked your CO/LP detector?
I just pulled this out of our RV and was shocked to see it expired back in October 2024— almost 2years ago! 😳
These safety devices don’t last forever. Most carbon monoxide (CO) and propane (LP) detectors in RVs have a manufacturer-recommended lifespan of 5–7 years. After that, the sensors degrade and may not detect dangerous gases accurately — even if they still “beep” when you test them.
Carbon monoxide is called the “silent killer” for a reason. It’s colorless, odorless, and can kill you in your sleep. Propane leaks are just as dangerous. Every year, people lose their lives or get seriously injured in RVs because their safety alarms were outdated and never replaced or worse intentionally removed to stop the end of life chirp.

Quick RV Safety Checklist:
• ✅ Replace your CO/LP detector every 5–7 years (check the manufacture date on the label)
• ✅ Test it monthly and after long storage
• ✅ Keep vents clear and never block them
• ✅ Never use the stove or oven for heating
• ✅ Install a second detector if your RV is large or has multiple sleeping areas
Don’t wait until the alarm goes off (or worse, doesn’t). Spend the $40–$80 now and protect your family and friends while traveling.
Safety isn’t optional when you’re living or traveling in a small space with gas appliances. Replace yours today!

POV: Your RV AC is running all day and your rig is still hotter than a tailgate in July... 😅🔥

Meet the culprit. 👇 This condenser coil is so clogged it's basically wearing a sweater. No wonder your AC can't keep up!

If you can't remember the last time you cleaned your condenser coils... it's time. Trust me, your wallet (and your travel partner) will thank you. 😂

A clean coil = cold air. It really is that simple.

❓When's the last time YOU cleaned your RV AC coils? Be honest in the comments! 👇
