The Lee Johnson Auto Family, now with 8 locations, is proud to still be locally owned, operated and rooted in the communities we serve. Though Lee Johnson Auto Family is in our fourth location, we have been part of the Kirkland community since May 1933. The first site was located downtown Kirkland close to the waterfront. In 1964 business had become so successful that we moved to our second locati

on to expand business. We were only in that spot for 4 years when the state decided that they needed that location for the highway expansion (now the cloverleaf on/off ramp of I-405 and Ne 85th St). We moved to our current address in 1968 and in 2006 we expanded the site to the campus you see now. From a small car lot in 1933 to a multi-building facility that provides your service and parts needs for all makes and represents Chevrolet, Mazda and Kia.

One week ago, we wrapped up the 2026 Evergreen State Fair Food Drive, and we want to say THANK YOU to those who participated and donated items!

Together, between all Lee Johnson Auto Family locations, plus the items collected on July 11th at the Fairgrounds AND the Sultan Shindig, we collected 17,337 pounds of food!! That's 8.67 tons and equivalent to about 14,448 meals to those within our communities in need!

📍 Tomorrow (Saturday), bring your donations to either:
👉 11 AM – 3 PM – Evergreen State Fair Park (Angel of the Winds West Parking Lot)
👉 11:30 AM – 2 PM – Sultan Shindig

Donate 5 non-perishable, unexpired food items and receive 1 FREE weekday admission ticket to the 2026 Evergreen State Fair. Limit 1 weekday fair ticket per person, up to 5 tickets per vehicle. Tickets are available while supplies last and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bring in non-perishable food items and help provide meals for families in need. As a thank you, you'll receive a FREE weekday Evergreen State Fair admission ticket for every 5 items donated (up to 5 tickets, while supplies last).*

Not interested in fair tickets? That's okay too! We gladly accept donations of any size to help support our neighbors and strengthen our community.

Our annual food drive in partnership with the Evergreen State Fair is going on thru July 8th!

Food insecurity is a reality for many families in our community. The purpose of a summer food drive is to provide extra resources to local food banks while kids are out of school, and the need is greater.

We invite you to visit any of our 10 local dealerships to donate:
