🔥 NEARLY A YEAR IN THE MAKING — ONE MORE FAILURE POINT ELIMINATED.

For almost a year, we’ve been testing and working on a solution to one of the biggest problems we’ve seen with turbo kits on these engines — the intake Y-pipe.

Our kit, along with others on the market, has traditionally relied on expansion joints in the Y-pipe. Between the extreme heat, constant vibration, and repeated heat cycles, those joints eventually fatigue and crack.

We wanted to eliminate the problem instead of continuing to replace the same failure point.

After a long search, we finally partnered with a company that has the mandrel-bending capabilities to produce our Y-pipe as ONE continuous piece.

No expansion joints.
No welded sections at the bends.
No common cracking point.
One continuous mandrel-bent assembly.

This is something we’ve been working toward for nearly a year, and we’re excited to finally bring it into production.

We’re constantly looking at every component of the Third Coast Performance Turbo Kit and asking one question:

How do we make it better, stronger, and more reliable?
