Engine Rebuilds, Carburetor Rebuilds & Synchronization, Oil Changes etc. Owner, Tim Stephens, Has 50 years of mechanical skills in the aviation industry around the world including England, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and the U.S.A. Since the age of 16 Tim has also worked on various motorcycles including, Honda, Triumph, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Harley Davidson, Royal Enfield, BSA, Norton and Moto Guzzi.

1976 Bonneville running again after 15 years. Came part disassembled but most parts were there. A very interesting project and now looking great. However it reminded me how much I love electric start. The owners are very happy but obviously can’t ride it now 🙁

I learnt something new today, on a 2000 Moto Guzzi V11 Sport none of these oil filter wrenches fit an OEM filter. Not a big issue but why did they put the filter in the sump 🙄

I’ve never seen carbs contaminated so badly with what looks like lime jelly. Amazingly the bike still ran !

These 2 motorcycles, a Triumph and a BMW were both infested with rodents. Obviously they needed a carburetor cleaning but why do so many bikes have the same issue! I don’t remember this being a problem in the UK. I guess New England rodents like them motorcycles more !!
