Crack repairs on a giant stainless sink. .035 316 stainless steel filler for a super small weld bead. Aluminum heat sinks and short welds to keep the heat input low. Should be good for many more years of service.

These are Western "Ultra mount" truck mounts I am converting to accept the "Uni-mount" plow. Without spending $600 on a cheaply made adapter from the factory.

It's been awhile since I posted, I finished a pretty big project (pictures to come) but because of a tragedy in the family it hasn't been delivered to the customer yet. I don't like to reveal work here until the customer has received it. So I did this last weekend and it's been delivered. So I'll share...

Welded stake pockets on this aluminum trailer to accommodate tie downs, added a footplate to the jack also.

Another one in the books..Thankful for the warm weather, I enjoyed working outside.
Removed all the old shackles, reinforced the frame with 2"x3" angle, reinstalled all new shackles w/ a "lift kit" (so the tires won't rub the fenders anymore). I have a couple more projects lined up so stay tuned...

Reworked this back blade. Straightened everything out, replaced the bent pin, and made it fit the quick hitch off the tractor.

Raise them up in the way they should go, and maybe...just maybe they will grow up to be a great welder...😎😎😅
