Today we celebrate 10 years since the beginning of our partnership journey as K&S Customs. 🎉 What began as boat repairs & LED light installs, resulted in remodels & new construction after the 2018 flood that wiped out a lot of what could have destroyed our business. Amongst the devastation, God opened up the opportunity to rebuild boat docs, decks, homes, yard maintenance, etc. In the fall of 2022, we inherited a property management business from a friend at church & business owner who was looking to retire. We do not advertise much, as word of mouth seems to open up as many doors as God wants us to take on. Steve does a great job doing all the labor intensive work, meanwhile I get the cushion job on the paperwork side of it. ☺️ We are truly blessed and thankful to God for making our business what it is today. We look forward to continuing to serve our community, and see what is in store going forward. 🥰 Thank you for your support!

Llano county is yet again under a red flag warning. This means that conditions are such that the smallest spark could create a big problem.

Don’t burn…anything.
Keep hot cars of dry grass.
And really? Do I have to say it? 😎

Llano County is in the High to Very High Category of Fire Danger. Even though we got a little rain, the majority of the area is still extremely dry. It doesn’t take much.

Not to mention, Llano Co is still under a burn ban. No outside fires, make sure your tow chains aren’t dragging, and come on…don’t throw your cigarette butts out the car window.
