Our phones were down for a few hours this morning due to an unexpected issue, but everything is back up and running normally now. Dear JW Customers,

We would like to inform you of several service policy updates that will take effect in 2026.

Effective immediately, we will no longer accept customer-supplied parts or tires. All parts and tires used for service must be purchased directly through our shop to ensure quality, compatibility, and warranty coverage.

In addition, a card processing fee will be introduced for all credit and debit card transactions. As a family-owned business, rising operational and processing costs have made it increasingly difficult for us to continue absorbing these fees. This change will help us offset expenses and continue providing the level of service our customers expect. The fee will take effect at a later date, and we will provide advance notice with full details prior to implementation.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions regarding these updates, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Merry Christmas to all our JW customers!

Thank you to everyone who has been so patient with us this year—we truly appreciate it. My wife, Kandice, who many of you see at the front desk or speak with on the phone, has had a very full year. Along with her pregnancy, she was also finishing her Master’s Degree in K–12 School Counseling.

We’re happy to share that she did graduate—and we welcomed our baby about three months ago! And don’t worry, Kandice is staying with the company, so you’ll continue to see her at the front desk and hear her friendly voice on the phone.

Because of everything our family was juggling, you may have stopped by the shop at times when the lobby was closed. Kandice has done her best to answer calls and help with scheduling while away, and we’re grateful for your understanding. We’re happy to say that everything will be returning to normal when we reopen on January 5th.

Again, thank you for your patience throughout 2025. We look forward to continuing to serve our loyal customers and welcoming new ones in 2026.

Good morning everyone. Sadly, we have a family emergency and had to close the shop today. If you would like to text us, you can. We will answer those as promptly as we can.
