🚨🚨🚨Polaris Ranger 570 Midsize

We’ve had a lot of people inquire about this model over the last 2 years and we are glad to announce that the kit is complete! It’ll function very similarly to our Polaris Ranger XP 1000 door strut kits. This kit replaces the factory OEM rubber strap just like it does for the XP 1000 model. These will be getting released very soon!

We likely got the last big snow of the year. 8-10" of heavy wet snow. I like to be the first one down the backroads after a nice snow like this. That is not always the case but this was my lucky day I guess.

I can't say enough about these SuperATV Warrior XT tires in the snow paired with the portals. Not much stops this thing.

Our rivet nut tools are back in stock!

I know many of you have been waiting for them to come in before ordering. All of our door strut kits are now available with or without the tool. Our tool is the same tool I personally use to install our kits. Just a reminder, other rivet nut tools can be used to install our kits but they must have an M6 size mandrel. I have attached a video of how the tool is used.

Last Veterans Day we set aside a portion of our sales to donate to Veterans Honor Flight of ND/MN. We were able to raise and donate $2000 to them today during Giving Hearts Day 2026. Including last year, that brings us up to about two and a half Veterans fully funded for a trip to Washington DC. Veterans Honor Flight has chapters all across the nation that serve their own regions. I encourage you to check out the link below to see some of the work that they do and consider donating your time or helping them raise money. Maybe you know a Veteran that you can sign up for a trip.

Our Polaris Ranger 570 kit is pretty much complete. This kit will function much like our Polaris Ranger XP1000 and Can-Am Defender door strut kits.. The door brackets will have 3 settings to control how far the doors open. We are finishing up resourcing where we are going to get components for this kit

Last night we updated our website on the compatibility for our Polaris Ranger XP1000 door strut kits. Halfway through the 2025 year, Polaris changed the bar where our b-pillar bracket mounted.. I attached a video below.. Our old kit would still work, but the b-pillar bracket would be mounted at an angle. We’ve now modified the b-pillar bracket for the later 2025 models and all 2026 models. Existing 25.5-26 customers who bought the old version can reach out to me and we will ship out the new b-pillar brackets free of charge.
