Cowboy Station Athlete of the Week 🤠🔥

Ava Murphy wrapped up her Junior High Rodeo season in Bowman with an incredible performance and is headed to Nationals in Guthrie, OK! 🇺🇸

She earned Reserve Year-End Girls All-Around Champion and brought home the title of Goat Tying State Champion 🐐🏆

Ava qualified for Nationals in Goat Tying, Barrel Racing, and Breakaway Roping, with a standout weekend:
✨ Breakaway Roping – 1st in 1st round, 2nd in 2nd round, & 1st in average, 4th in short go, 4th place year end
✨ Barrel Racing – 1st in 2nd round, 3rd place year end
✨ Goat Tying – DOMINATED with 1st in 1st round, 2nd in 2nd round, 1st in average, 1st in short go, State Champion

Her hard work, grit, and consistency paid off in a huge way this season. We can’t wait to watch her compete on the national stage!

🤠 Cowboy Station Shoutout 🤠

Shoutout to Makinley Lakorenko for an incredible start to rodeo season! At Day 1 of the Fargo Rodeo, she took 1st in barrel racing—winning by just 0.02 seconds out of 70+ girls.

Makinley is a hardworking, dedicated member of the rodeo club and someone you can always count on. This was her first high school win AND her first buckle—what a way to kick things off!

Way to go, Makinley! 🏆

Congratulations to Lety Dolezal on an incredible performance at the National Archery Tournament! Lety earned the title of National Champion in Elementary Girls 3D with a score of 274, was named Centershot Champion, and also placed 8th in Elementary Girls Bullseye.
