Meet Lola, Our Shop Kitty 🐱 🐾

About 15 months ago, we started being visited by a young cat at the shop. We began feeding her, and after getting her fixed, she’s now living at the shop. Her name is Lola, but responds to “Kitty”.

These days, Lola’s got a pretty sweet gig: regular meals, plenty of pets (on her terms), and a front-row seat to everything car related. She’s Jerome’s daytime companion, a master “car-departure” judge, and she’s surprisingly good at distracting Yvonne from her detailing job.

She may not be a fan of being picked up, but get her in her safe spot and she’ll stick around for all the pets and scratches, as long as there’s some snacks involved! And no worries, she will silently judge your driving as you leave. 😏

Getting ready for the 45th Annual World Whale Day Parade. If you’re on-island and want to check it out, it’ll be this Sunday at 8:30 AM. It will take place along South Kīhei Road, beginning at Alanui Ke Aliʻi and continuing down to Kalama Park.

If you have a chance, come out and enjoy the parade with us.

We’ll be participating with one of our cars — Mano, our Arctic Blue Porsche Speedster — dressed up as a shark. Jerome will be driving, and Yvonne will be in the passenger seat.

Our Ivory Speedster will be in the parade as well. Lani will serve as the chariot for a local singer and ukulele player , surrounded by the .
