E92 M3 got its gloss back

150k miles? No way.

With almost no clear coat left on this vehicle. Signs of multiple paint corrections and wet sanding throughout it’s life. There weren’t many options left other than repaint.

AG1051 restored its gloss and just made future maintenance washes a cake walk.

Waterspot NIGHTMARE

Water spots, fading clear, tons of swirls. This paint had a prior owner who just didn’t know.

Etching so deep a light wet sanding didn’t give us the results we wanted. Risk of burning through too high. A full respray is bonkers.

What’s the fix?? FULL body STEK dyno ppf. If you’re going to do it. Do it with the best. The clarity, gloss, and protection is out of this world good.

Would a cheaper ppf have given us nice results yes. Would it have looked this good. Absolutely not.

Somebody did a terrible job 🤮

Typical paint quality for this area. Someone painted the rear door and bedside on this truck. First clip shows front door oem to back door difference.

Sanded and brought back up to a 95% orange peel match. Gloss on point for that reflection too.
