"The Mobile Home Replacement Program is now available to residents, expanding the existing Mobile Home Rehabilitation Program.

The city says it was created specifically for mobile homes in such a state of disrepair that it cannot be restored through conventional methods.

Those eligible may qualify for up to $100,000 in assistance with 0 percent interest.

There are no monthly payments and is fully forgivable after 15 years."
