The barracuda for .hotrods has come a long way from where we started! Progress has slowed down a little recently, but once a few key components show up we will be able to get this thing turned into a roller and it’ll really look like something.

A little update on the barracuda project. After getting it all stripped, we found some rust on the inner rockers that we had to address before moving forward. We got the majority of the floor structure including the start of the lower 4 link bracket mount built. The 6c bar will still need to be added once the engine and transmission location is 100% locked down.

We added a custom catch can and coolant expansion tank to the GTO to finish it off since the old ones would no longer fit with all the turbo stuff in the way now. I think we are about out of room for anything else in this bay!

The fabrication portion of this twin turbo GTO is just about wrapped up. Twin 6766’s will make for a fast spooling street car with plenty of power on tap!

I’m excited to have some new equipment on board to help with modern vehicle diagnosis. Some newer performance vehicles have very powerful ECUs that can support a lot of aftermarket modifications and still maintain great drivability. Having the necessary tools to help with diagnosing non tuning related issues is a must!
