Here at Xpert Automotive & Sales we believe in going above and beyond for our customers in every way possible. This customer had there diesel at another shop in town and they diagnosed it with a bad Dpf and there diagnosis was correct. But the part was 5000.00 installed.
Because of our extensive experience with diesels we have a connection to get this Dpf cleaned through an expensive process in an oven. So we went to bat for this customer and we are saving him 4000.00 on this repair. We drove a hour and a half to get this taken care of for our customer Just another way we go above and beyond and offer the best customer service we can for our customers! Hope everyone has a great day!
