Two years with Carl! 🎉
Carl is a team player through and through. He comes in, keeps his head down, and focuses on getting the job done to the best of his ability. But what stands out just as much is his willingness to help the people around him. If a teammate needs a hand, Carl is willing to jump in, and when something is asked of him, he gets it done. That’s where we see Servant Leadership in Carl. It doesn’t always have to be loud or come with a title, sometimes it simply looks like being dependable, helping your teammates, and doing your part to keep the team moving forward.
