I got tired of this ST Suspensions CRX rear sway bar sitting on the parts shelf and on FB marketplace. Dealin with peoples messages can be exhausting at times so I decided to toss it on the car. Nice little upgrade from the SI rear sway bar that was on there. 👌🏽

I’m really bad at “while I’m in there”.
I felt that if I was gonna swap that fresh L*D B16 trans into the CRX, while I was in there, I’d add a Hush Performance cable to hydro conversion, a Competition Clutch lighten flywheel, and MDP’s clutch stopper.
With these new additions added to the B16a2 motor, this car really came to life and is gettin more and more fun to drive!
I gotta stop lovin on this thing and get back to the CRV one of these days.

After the first round of primer on went down on Jake // Jake Accord bay, I could finally see what the hell I was doin in there. 😵‍💫
At this point in my life, I’m fully aware that I’m my biggest critic. I also know that when I do something, I try to give it my best to achieve perfectly acceptable to me.
Hittin this bay with the touch up tape made me feel like a suburban house wife after a remodel.

I’ve been toting around an “unknown” B series transmission for about 8 years. After beating the CRX down on the track, the box in the car was howling and 3 gear was pi**ed. It was time to crack open the trans in the back and to my suprise, it was a Y21 94-97 B16a3 trans from the Del Sol. I sent the case and bell housing off for v***r blasting. When I picked it up, at first I thought they dooped me with a rattle can job. Boy was I wrong. This thing looks better than new! Stacks were inspected and show some wear but I’m gonna send it and see what she does. “While we’re in there” I add an MFactory L*D, new bearings, and new seals. Semi stoked that Mike Vogel came to help assemble and refresh the mental on a tr**ny rebuild. Last pic is what we started with.
