Setup:
TIG Aluminum welding
Water Cooled Miller Multimatic

Special mix of Argon specific for cast and aluminum wheels

We do our own prepping. Sorry, I just don’t trust anyone else’s prep work.

3 types of fillers are used for aluminum depending on what the job is. 4047, 5356 and 4043

Welds on wheels have been tested with a 30kN hydraulic press and held.

Prices:
If you are bringing in Bare Wheels (No tires, center caps, just the wheel) $100 - $150

Weld Only - You bring the bare wheel (No tires) We weld it but No Sanding Down or grinding after welding (For the savvy DIYers who would like to save labor cost. I fill with additional aluminum so you can reshape it yourself if this is the route you are taking)-$100
Weld and Reshaping - You bring the bare wheel (No tires), We weld it and we grind down the welds and reshape as best as we can to its original shape. (Within Reason) -$150

( If you are bringing wheels with tires installed $200 )
We will remove the tire, prep the wheel, weld the cracks, grind the welds down and reshape as best as we can to its original shape. We apply Etching Primer on the bare metal areas, mount the tire, do a leak test, document the leak test, balance the wheel with the tire on and ready for installation.

Takes us about 1-2 days

Entry Tech Level Pay Starting at $20+

With Experience $25+ To Salary DOE.

General Responsibilities are taking Phone Calls, Emailing, Data Entry, Checking in Customers, workflow management, responding to social media inquiries, checking in customers and checking out customers.

Experience in an administrative role preferred but not required. General Automotive Knowledge is a plus.

Looking for an independent, proactive office staff member to join the team

This role will introduce and train the candidate in:

Basic Business Accounts Management
Basic Business Development Training and Processes
In bound and out bound lead conversions and management
Basic Social Media Paid Ads Management
Trained Word Tracks, Standard Operating Procedures and Scalable Processes

Pay will be $17.50 starting plus shop commissions and account management commissions (Average $25/hr)
