Stephen King's classic story Christine is revving up for a Blumhouse remake. With the advancements in filming today compared to the '80s, King's novel will be seen again with more modern filmmaking techniques that can resurrect the famous Plymouth in all its glory. 😱😱😱

One of the more well-known photographs from the 1969 Fuji 1000km!

A striking mix of cars in one corner, from a Mini to a Toyota and an Isuzu. Lets start with the Mini, being one of Capital Mini's final years in domestic competition after many successes as both a Mini importer and racing team. In this race they finished 3rd in class and 21st overall in the hands of Hayasaki & Yamash*ta.

The white group 7 machine in the middle is the Toyota 474S of Hiroshi Fushida and Yoshio Otsubo, a car better known as the Toyota 7. Being virtually unmatched aside from a lone Taki Racing Team Lola T70, they would take the 3rd overall victory for Toyota/TMSC at the Fuji 1000km race.

Last but not least is a Isuzu Bellett 1600GT, they finished in 17th place overall!

Clear license plate covers are not allowed for State Inspection. This is a perfect example of why.

This obstructed plate with the dirty and rounded cover (that always seems to catch glare from the sun just right) perfectly proved the point of why they’re illegal. Only when I could safely get within 10 feet in the other lane could I run it and get info it was 3 years expired.

The driver, while cooperative, admitted he believed his registration was 3 years expired and jokingly(?) said that he liked the plate covers to try to trick red light cameras. $110 fine for expired registration and education on the covers once he removed them on site.
