I've been a customer here 3-4x in my first year of owning a camper and I cant thank them enough. They've gotten me out of a bind a few times when I needed my equalizer hitch angle/shank bolts tightened and I've had a hard time paying them for their service! They have simply helped out of the kindness of their hearts. Because of that, I have returned to their store and purchased parts with great success and friendly service. I cant speak to their repair service quality but I would feel comfortable leaving a trailer with them and would trust the service was good.
