I had an incident and my door on my brand new truck was damaged, only after 4 weeks of having the truck. I live in the community, by Keller Haslet Collision (Lets call it: KHC for typing purposes) and I know word of mouth on just about Anything and EVERYTHING in this community travels faster than the speed of light.
Well, I just wanted to say that KHC has been amazing since the day I showed up for an estimate. Just simply amazing and helpful and friendly staff. I turned my truck in yesterday and I got a call around 7:30 PM tonight (after hours) to tell me the update on my truck. Let me just say that I have a co-worker that has been without his car for over two weeks now and he cannot get a hold of anyone or get updates and feels like his car has fell into a black hole. (at a dealership body shop in DALLAS).
I am telling you, these guys are quick, friendly, knowledgeable and among tons of other stories I have heard and experienced in my life with mechanics, etc, I have never received just CASUAL, open and upfront and followup awesomeness.. I really just feel the need to tell the community about it because you just dont find that type of customer service anywhere... I just really appreciate it and wanted to give them a BIG THANK you for Being awesome.
At work, (Also work about a mile away from KHC) we give co-workers HIGH 5 which equals money award points, etc... It's an award system... My point is, I believe in giving shout outs for issues that really help you out on a daily basis and after multiple conversations, experiences with the staff members at KHC, I just felt the need to write this... I am making mention of this on VILLAGES OF WOODLAND SPRINGS Facebook too... I am copying and pasting this since it is so long!
