Wind destroyed the tarp of the temporary carport, so we relocated the 40 to inside the barn.

After we got it home, we noticed a ton of mud and crud underneath the seat. I cleaned it all out because I didn't want it to collect moisture. After cleaning it out I found some 22 shells and a mouse skull 💀

Brought the ol' guy to his temporary resting place. Wish I could find an enclosed garage for it so it doesn't rust out even more, but this will do for now.

I have high hopes that sometime in the future that I can bring this beauty back to life and restore (and create) memories! This truck has a story to tell and I want to help. My dad used to drive this truck with his grandad on their farm. My dad went above and beyond to make sure this truck stayed in the family. Dad had hopes of restoring it but time (and money) got away from him. I know this is going to be a project bigger than I can afford. But I'm going to try my hardest to do this because it is what my dad would've wanted. I know he'll be proud! I think with the help from friends and family we can do this!
