The first thing a body shop does on your car?

➡️ Plug in to your car's computer.

We scan the computers and check for any crash-related codes (or existing codes from before the crash).

That way, after the repair, we can make sure all systems are working correctly and that there are no sensors, cables, fuses, or any other issues from your collision that are outstanding.

So a lot of customers have questions about the process and the steps that happen when you get in an accident and have your vehicle repaired.

It is really quite simple for the customer--because there's so much the body shop handles directly with insurance.

We created a short video that overviews your repair process. It's 10 steps, but thankfully, there is very little that you have to do.

Step 0: Start Your Claim
Call your insurance to get a claim number. Once you have it, we handle the rest!

1. Initial Estimate: The first step here at the shop is to align with insurance and get the ball rolling.

2. Pre-Ordering Parts: We order parts in advance so they’re ready when you drop off.

3. Pre-Repair Scan: A digital health check of your car’s computer systems.

4. Full Disassembly: Taking things apart to find any hidden damage.

5. Behind-the-Scenes: We manage insurance supplements and repair research for you.

6. Paint Department: Professional application and curing for a factory finish.

7. Reassembly: Putting it all back together and calibrating safety sensors.

8. Post-Repair Scan: A final digital check to ensure all systems are clear.

9. QC & Detail: A rigorous final inspection and a full interior/exterior cleanup.

10. Vehicle Pickup: Final paperwork, keys in hand, and back on the road!
