Michael brings more than 35 years of distinguished experience in the defense sector, with a proven track record of leadership across numerous high-profile initiatives. Throughout his career, he has played key roles supporting critical programs for the U.S. military and Department of War, helping advance operational and government oversight standards.

As Managing Director, Michael will lead the SkyMark Defense division and work closely with our senior leadership team, reporting to Jose Molina, Chief Commercial Officer of SkyMark Companies.

Kelly is an exceptional talent with a unique combination of operational, commercial, and leadership skills. She brings an impressive career from United Ground Express (a subsidiary of United Airlines), where she helped build the Aircraft Fueling Operations division from the ground up. During her tenure, Kelly held multiple leadership roles, opened fueling operations at numerous airports, and led key teams across the country.
