There are a lot of false narratives being thrown around by insurance companies in regards to the most recent hail storm. Here are the facts.
1. You do NOT have to take your car to a drp for an estimate or repair, that choice is entirely YOURS.
2. You do NOT have to have multiple estimates done for your insurance company, where the repair is done is YOUR choice.
3. You can have your vehicle repaired at the shop of YOUR choice, no matter how many times you’ve had work done at that shop.

Your insurance company doesn’t always have your best interest at heart, because at the end of the day they are a company trying to save money. Don’t let them steer your judgement, because that is ILLEGAL for them to do. If you have any questions about insurance claims, call us.
