A long video but worth a watch. Today made me realize more than ever how many lives you touch by just selling a car. The emotions behind it can be incredible as this is the way people live in the United states and if you can make the experience not only convenient and transparent but also memorable then it will pay you back eventually.

This video is a reflection on that reality and how even though I didn't sell a car today after putting in 10,000 steps, and going on eight test drives, and testing every bit of Genesis knowledge that I have, that today I can still count it as a win.

The Bowtie has officially gone luxury. Between the effortless luxury of Genesis and the single point of contact process at Walser Automotive it's the right fit!
