Yoder Automotive Named Title Sponsor of the DNQ Grand National Series!
The DNQ Karting Series is proud to announce that Yoder Automotive Tire & Auto Repair has signed on as the title sponsor of the 2026 Grand National “Busch” Series, now officially named the Yoder Automotive Grand National Series.
Based in Salisbury, NC, Yoder Automotive is owned and operated by Marlin Yoder a former NASCAR Cup Series front end mechanic who was part of the 2021 championship-winning Kyle Larson team at Hendrick Motorsports.
Off the racetrack, Yoder Automotive brings that same championship mindset to everyday drivers, offering honest, high-quality work on everything from basic maintenance to major repairs — all with the attention to detail you’d expect from someone who’s set up race cars at the highest level.
“Marlin is a racer — his story is one of true grit and determination,” said DNQ Series Ownership.
“He literally walked away from an Amish upbringing, hid a radio to listen to NASCAR, and chased his way into the Cup garage. That’s the same underdog, never-quit energy DNQ is built on.”
Growing up in an Amish community with no TV, racing wasn’t exactly part of the plan. But Marlin found NASCAR through a hidden radio, fell in love with it, and eventually made the tough choice to leave that life behind to pursue racing full-time — a journey he shared on The Dale Jr. Download, where he talked about sneaking race broadcasts, starting at local short tracks, and grinding his way into the big leagues.
“When you hear Marlin’s story, you hear DNQ,” the series added.
“Start small, hustle, learn, and keep showing up until you belong. That’s what our Grand National racers do every Monday night.”
With Yoder Automotive on board, the Yoder Automotive Grand National Series will continue to be one of the most competitive and stacked divisions in DNQ — home to veterans, rising stars, and everyone trying to “de-throne the king” on any given night.
