Well, apparently we need to address the Great Win Auto Brake Scandal of 2026.
I received a LOVELY phone call today informing me that our brake prices are “INSANE” and that we are basically “robbing people.” Now listen. You can call me a lot of things. You can even tell me our prices are too high…. for your budget.
But ROBBING PEOPLE?! Sir. This is Win Auto. Have you met the owner? People ROB HIM and he tells them HE’S sorry. Be so for real.
So naturally, being the secretary/wife that I am, I went digging. Our brake jobs are $196 per axle. PARTS AND LABOR INCLUDED. And would you LOOK AT THAT. After comparing prices around Kannapolis and Concord, including dealerships, it turns out we are not, in fact, funding a lavish lifestyle through an underground brake pad operation.
Car repairs cost money. Parts cost money. Labor costs money. Keeping trained mechanics around who know the difference between a brake pad and a Pop-Tart also costs money. You are MORE than welcome to shop around. We actually encourage it. Find the price and the shop you’re comfortable with.
But calling and yelling at me because you don’t like the price? Sweetie, I didn’t make the brakes wear out.
It also cost you zero dollars to be a kind human when YOU CALL US.
Anyways….. We’ll keep doing honest work at fair prices and Keep Kannapolis Rolling.
And I’ll keep answering the phone.
