Today is a bittersweet day at LaBeau Bros as we said farewell to a true cornerstone of our team, our Parts Manager, Ron Wright. Today marks Ron’s official last day with us after nearly two decades of incredible service.
For almost 19 years, Ron has been far more than just the guy behind the counter. He has been the backbone of our parts department, a dedicated leader to our staff, and a trusted, go-to expert for our customers. Whether it was tracking down an impossible-to-find part or sharing his wealth of knowledge, Ron always went above and beyond to keep things moving smoothly. He even spent last Saturday coming in when we were closed to get a customer a part they needed. There was no one Ron won’t help.
But beyond his unmatched work ethic, it’s the personal impact Ron leaves behind that we will miss the most. Over the last twenty years, the daily laughs, the steady mentorship, and the genuine friendships he built with both his coworkers and our loyal customers have truly shaped the culture here at LaBeau Bros. He wasn't just a colleague; he is family.
To celebrate his incredible legacy, we gathered today to share memories, laughs, and lunch as a team.
Ron, thank you for your unwavering dedication, your hard work, and the countless friendships you’ve forged along the way. You have left big shoes to fill, and you will be deeply missed by everyone who walked through our doors.
