Why will the Wild Rose Championship ALWAYS be donation only?

Simple.

1. Because I believe that the kids that need this sport the most are often times from homes that are the least likely to be able to afford it.
2. Because I want to see who's the fastest. Not just who's the fastest of those that can afford it.

We’re thrilled to announce that Hidden Thorn is backing one of our own for this weekend’s big stage!

Adam Upton (Orofino local) is stepping up to the AMA West Hare Scrambles Round 6 – The Timber Beast Hare Scramble at Timber Beast MX in Orofino, June 6-7, 2026 (presented by 6C Motorcycle Club).

Adam has been a consistent top performer in the Wild Rose Championship. He’s currently 3rd overall in the 2026 Grand Championship standings (124 points after Rounds 7) and previously took 1st place in WRC Rounds 3, 5, and 7. He’s a regular at Hidden Thorn events, bringing the heat in Grand Prix action and representing everything we love about grassroots Idaho off-road racing.

This sponsorship is about more than one race — it’s about supporting local talent as they chase bigger dreams while staying rooted in our donation-based, community-first Wild Rose family.

Adam embodies the grit and skill that helps Wild Roses GROW. We’re proud to have his back this weekend.
