Guess what time it is… another awesome week at Kalkaska RV Park! We hope you’re out there soaking up sunshine, campfire smells, and all that fresh northern Michigan air.🎬

Saturday Night Movie:
Grab your snacks, your lawn chairs, and maybe a brave buddy… because we’re showing Monster House this weekend! It’s spooky, silly, and perfect for a summer night under the stars.

Now listen up, weekend warriors — Labor Day Weekend is almost here, and YES… we still have spots open! If your camper is itching for one more holiday getaway, give us a call and we’ll get you booked.

And for all our Halloween lovers… October 2–3 is our Spooky Weekend!
Costumes, decorations, creepy fun — the whole park transforms. Sites go fast, so reserve yours today before the ghosts beat you to it.

Hi Campers!
We’re excited to remind you about this Saturday’s double‑fun feature here at Kalkaska RV Park!✨

7 PM – FREE Line Dancing Under the Pavilion
Slip on those dancing boots and get ready to boogie at our last line‑dancing event of the season. It’s free, family‑friendly, and always a blast!

🎬 Afterward – Outdoor Movie: The Avengers
Don’t wear yourself out too much — because once the dancing wraps up, we’ll be showing The Avengers in our outdoor theatre! Bring a cozy blanket, your favorite movie snacks, and enjoy a night under the stars. (Weather permitting.)

🌟 Both events are FREE and open to our local community!

We’re excited to share that the Fairy Odd Mothers, a fun and creative crafting group, is interested in coming to Kalkaska RV Park this summer — but first, we’d love to know if there’s enough interest from our campers!

They offer a variety of craft experiences, including:

🌵 Build-Your-Own Succulents
🫖 Children’s Tea Parties
✨ And more!

🌧️🎬 Movie Night Update 🎬🌧️

Well campers, Mother Nature looked at tonight’s showing of The Pagemaster and said, “Plot twist!”

Due to incoming rain, tonight’s outdoor movie has been canceled. We tried explaining to our movie system that a little shower builds character, but apparently it prefers dry weather, covered snacks, and absolutely zero surprise baths.

So for tonight, grab a blanket, stay cozy inside, and maybe let the raindrops handle the sound effects. We’ll miss movie night, but we’d rather not turn the projector into a very expensive birdbath.

Movie nights are BACK! Big shoutout to Zack from Basic Communications Solutions, a new business right here in town, for saving the day and getting our movies up and running again. 🎬🙌

Come hang out with us this Saturday at 9 PM in our outdoor theatre for Percy Jackson & The Lightning Thief under the stars! ✨🍿

Bring your snacks, chairs, blankets, and cozy movie night vibes. As always, we’ll be watching the weather and will show the movie as long as Mother Nature cooperates!
