Project Bike: Ira's Rally aka 25 Kove 450rally. Rickie's Shop is always excited to customize and personalize a customer's Bike, and this is no exception. This Kove 450rally started off all stock, off our showroom floor. Rickie's Shop stripped the factory graphics and installed this amazing graphics kit, then put on a set of Michelin tires, geared the Rally down, installed a gold o-ring chain, Cycra handguards, Seat Concepts seat, Double take mirrors, Scotts steering damper, Enduro engineering bar risers, Ridgid auxiliary light and mounted a Garmin zumo on the tower. Now, we wanted to give the 450 a little more pep, Rickie's Shop installed a HP Corsa mid pipe with a cat delete, modified the factory muffler to give it more flow and added a spark arrestor. Now that we opened up the exhaust, we paired it with Kove's latest offroad race tune! We think this bike turned out great and we are excited to hear about all the amazing adventures that this Kove 450rally will see for years to come!

Project bike: Gilliard's Explorerer aka 26' Kove Rally 800x. Rickie's Shop had the pleasure to help one of our customers set up his new Kove 800x. He was looking to give his bike a unique look and add crash protection. Rickie's Shop installed a set of Guarda crash bars and skidplate, Cycra handguards, Kove rear rack, ASV levers, Scotts steering damper and a G2 throttle cam. Then, thanks to Wrap Hive in Kalispell, they wrapped the Kove with a awesome desert camo wrap. Rickie's Shop thinks this bike turned out great! This 800x is ready to explore and have an adventure!

Project Sled: The Trygstad, ata 08 skidoo xp. Rickie's Shop built this sled years ago and now it came back for a little rejuvenation. We original built this sled with a Trygstad 872 race gas motor, full SLP exhaust, converted the xp suspension to a t-motion and narrow front end, br tech hood, graphics and a team tied conversion.
Now it's back! Rickie's Shop swapped out the 16 wide 154 doo track for a Composit m770 15 wide 153 3 inch, avid drivers, skinz t-motion delete, Fox qs3 on the front and back, seat concepts low seat, 3d logic brake lever, Slydog attack skies and rear wheels, and finally electric start with a light weight lithium battery!
We know it's an older sled, but their is just something about these carbureted mod sleds that just warms your heart when you open the throttle! The Trygstad will now handle better and be able to put all that power to use!

Project Sled: Old School CMX, Aka 2005 crazy mountain extreme 800. When we came across this sled for sale, we knew that Rickie's Shop needed to preserve this piece of history and put our twist on this old school masterpiece. CMX was a custom mountain sled company in the 90s and 00s, they now build amazing looking snowbike kits. This CMX is equipped with a Polaris 800 big block with SLP twin pipes, their own belt drive, their own modified version of a m10 rear suspension, boss seat and titanium hardware everywhere. Rickie's Shop got this sled from the original owner and had very low miles, so it was already a pretty clean snowmobile. After cleaning it up a little, now it was time for Rickie's Shop to put our new school twist on this old school mod!
Rickie's Shop removed the original 151 track and replaced it with a Composit 153x2.6 track. In order for the track to fit we got drivers and upper wheels from Avid Products and a hellfire big wheel kit from Iceage Performance. We made the road trip down to Starting Line Products in Idaho, where they sand blasted and re coated the original pipes. Rickie's Shop also added some updated Polaris handle bars, attack skies from Slydog and built a totally custom set of Fox float shocks for the front!
This sled is a time capsule and a beautiful piece of engineering. We are excited to be able to get our hands on it and give this old school CMX the Rickie's Shop new school updates. We can't wait to see it on the snow!

Project bike: Retro Racer, aka 79' husqvarna cr390. Rickie's Shop decided to restore this beautiful old Husky, the bike started off fairly clean, with original paint on the fuel tank, original seat cover and it ran! Rickie's Shop started off by stripping the bike down and cleaning all the parts. Then we painted the frame, swing arm, engine, exhaust and some suspension components. Then polished the original paint on the fuel tank, added new preston petty fenders and number plates with custom decal works graphics. After that, Rickie's Shop went through every bearing and suspension component and freshened them up, replaced the handlebars, controls, grips, chain and sprockes. Trying to stay true to the era spec build we then topped the old Husky off with Kenda classic tires. Here at Rickie's, we believe that some of these vintage bikes were truly a work of art, and hopefully we showed the bike some respect with this restoration!
