We would like to thank Kalispell Police Department, Flathead Valley Sheriff 's office and all locals involved with the speedy recovery of the Ford camper van that was stolen out of our parking lot on monday. We are actively looking for an Office Coordinator - Service Writer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner, check in customers vehicle and listens to customers concerns and communicates to Technician
• Prepare estimates for vehicle repairs and communicate repair work to customers
• Answer phones, schedule repairs, quote repairs
• Manage advertising with reps
• Manage web site and social media
• Sort mail, process payments, correct mail to book keeper
• Run monthly reports and mail statements to customers
• Track and order office supplies
• Track employee time cards and report hours to accountant for payroll
• Assist with business insurance renewal
• Plan office Christmas party and gifts
• Office cleaning as needed

Qualifications Necessary:
• Able to navigate Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Computer knowledge – able to set up new computer or printers
• Able to learn shop computer software
• Basic vehicle knowledge
• Positive attitude
• Able to manage time, prioritize work, and handle fast paced environment
• Ability to stand and lift items up to 25lb

The results are in!!

After a short break in period (2 weeks) our new engine was ready to head over to Advanced Diesel Works to be dynoed. Shortly after beginning the dyno we realize our Mandrel bent 3” exhaust was causing restriction so off it came. Back to the drawing board to get the exhaust figured out! This is where we’re at currently.
